Kifano started his journey into the cleaning industry and service industry under the Hyatt Regency Trinidad. Working is way up at the Front office to Front Office Supervisor, he then decided to try a new adventure which led him to the housekeeping management team in the position of House Manager. Kifano then transitioned to Public Areas Manager at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad. Here he mastered the art of building maintenance and best practices for maintaining excellent care over properties. Kifano was recognized for the exceptional work he had done at maintaining the property’s beauty and the Company’s Brand Standards. Kifano decided to take his service and management skills he got from the front office and merge it with the knowledge of building maintenance he attained from housekeeping to make a truly authentic professional company that offers service and knowledge like no other on the island.
